Some might look at this place and think it’s unserviceable, but I say just throw on a few coats of paint and whip out the weed-whacker and this place would be fit for a king. A couple hours work and a bit of elbow grease and it’s ready to move in!

I can see the appeal there. I mean, it’s a little house in a field with trees beyond, so the view in the morning would be fabulous.
But forget about paint. I want working plumbing and central heating and air and doors that lock and a floor that isn’t rotted through.
That costs extra!
