Day 124: Going in Circles

Decided to attempt another panorama from the roof of my house. I tried one a few months back (located over on The Faces Book) and mostly liked how it turned out, but I decided to go a full 360 degrees around with this one. It was getting darker as I shot, so there’s a slightly noticeable “seam” near the water tank on the roof, but overall I think it turned out pretty good. I like shooting these and will try my hand a few more in the future where I vary up the subject matter a bit more.

In news that’s bound to excite tens of people, there’s a new Betsy & Waffles strip scheduled for today here. Not sure when it will be posted, but it’s worth it just to wait on the site until it’s posted then stare at it for hours. (Here it is!) Each Betsy & Waffles strip requires that kind of dedication. Don’t disappoint me.

Day 111: Under the Sun

I liked the quote photo (quoto?) from yesterday so much (and so did many of you) that I’ve decided to do another. I like these; they’re easy and it’s a nice change of pace from some of the other things I’ve been doing lately. These seem absolutely tranquil and putting them together is actually kind of relaxing. Plus I get to read a lot of really interesting quotes until I find the one that’s perfect for the image. Expect to see more of these in the future.
